Place an order:
Once you have placed all of your desired items in the shopping cart, you can proceed to check out. The checkout process is easy and straightforward. Simply provide your delivery address, select your payment method, and review your order details. Once you are satisfied with the order, click to confirm and place the order. Your items will then be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Payments methods:
You can choose to pay via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or iDeal. All payment methods are safe and secure. If you have any questions about our payment methods, please contact us for more information.

Return products:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. Following cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the product to Passie Candles is your responsibility.

 

Always send the products to Passie Candles with sufficient postage. We will not accept products that are insufficiently stamped or sent cash on delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for us to process the refund. We recommend using a tracking service for returns, as Passie Candles is not responsible for any items lost in transit.

 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@passiecandles.com.
